Personal information is collected for the purpose of enabling your request for information or copies of State archives to be processed, invoiced, if applicable, and to enable us to contact you in relation to your request.

Failure to provide this information may result in the requested information or copies not being provided

Your personal information will be used for the primary purpose for which it is collected, and may be disclosed to government and other authorised agencies for the purposes stated above.

Personal information will be managed in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act 2004 and accessed by application to the State Archivist. You may be charged a fee for this.
