Short-term retrieval of records from the Archives Office

State and local government organisations may request the short-term return of State Records transferred to the Archives Office.

See State Records Guideline No. 12 for general procedures for government organisations when retrieving records from the Archives Office and Recordkeeping Advice No. 11 for more specific detailed procedures for government organisation 'borrowing'.
