Reference and research services

The Archives Office provides various services and facilities to enable members of the public to have access to the State's archives and to use them effectively to obtain evidence of our government’s past actions and activities, and information generally about Tasmania’s past

The Office also undertakes some limited research services for people who are unable to visit our public search room.
